One-to-one training that teaches you or one of your team to bring in and measure your own sales enquiries online. You’ll build the offer, build the landing page with AI, launch Google and Meta campaigns, and get the tracking in so every enquiry is counted. All of it on your accounts, your website, your numbers.
Built for owners, managers, and marketing, sales or admin staff. No advertising experience needed — we start from where you are.
I’ve spent over ten years in digital marketing and lead generation for New Zealand businesses — and a good part of that teaching it, rather than only doing it. Before ServiceGecko, I spent three years running structured eight-week courses through the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce — SEO, Google Ads, websites and email marketing — delivered to business owners and their staff against a set curriculum, intake after intake.
That’s where this one-to-one training comes from. The format has changed — it’s built around your own business now, rather than a room of twenty — but the structure hasn’t: a defined curriculum, a set number of sessions, and the participant doing the work.
You can pay an agency for years and still not know what a lead costs you, which channel is profitable, or whether the money is working. That’s not because the numbers are complicated — it’s because nobody ever sat down and showed you where they live and what they mean.
Once you can read your own accounts, two things change. You can run the work yourself if you want to. And if you’d rather not, you can hold whoever does it accountable — because you know what good looks like and what questions to ask.
Around three hours each, online or in person at your premises. You write your offer, build your landing page with AI, get tracking in place and launch your first campaigns. You’re doing the work in the session — I’m not demonstrating it on a slide.
One hour a week. We open your actual campaign data together, look at what’s happening, and decide what to change. This is where the learning sticks — reviewing real spend and real enquiries, not hypotheticals.
Questions come up when you’re mid-build or something odd shows up in the account. You can reach me between sessions — it matters most in the first few weeks of live spend, which is exactly when people usually get stuck.
Want to know if it’s a fit? Just ask.
Ask about training →Generic training uses generic examples, which is why most people finish a course with notes and no campaign. Here we work on your website, your ad accounts and your data from the first session — so what you end up with isn’t knowledge you still have to apply. It’s a live campaign, tracking that works, and the ability to run both.
It also means the pace is yours. If tracking is the part you find hard, we spend the time there. If you’ve already got Google running and only want Meta, we skip what you don’t need. That’s not possible in a room of twenty people.
Tell me about your business and where you’re at — whether you’ve got ads running already, whether tracking is in, and who’d be doing the learning. I’ll come back and tell you honestly whether the training is the right fit, and what it would cover for you.
nothing much changes — the spend keeps going out, the numbers stay unreadable, and you keep taking someone else’s word for how it’s performing. The conversation costs you nothing either way.
No obligation, no spam. I’ll review where you’re at, then get in touch to book a time that suits you.
