ServiceGecko is a digital agency based in Mangawhai, Northland, New Zealand, providing website design, Google Ads management, local SEO, photography, and AI services to NZ businesses.

ServiceGecko provides the following services:
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and excludes GST unless stated otherwise. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work.
For website projects, no deposit is required until you have approved the design. Payment is due on approval and prior to site launch. For ongoing services (Google Ads, SEO, AI), invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days.
ServiceGecko reserves the right to pause or suspend services where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
Monthly hosting fees are invoiced in advance and are due within 14 days of the invoice date. The following applies where hosting invoices remain unpaid:
To avoid interruption, please ensure hosting invoices are paid promptly. If you anticipate a delay, contact us in advance at hello@servicegecko.com.
On receipt of final payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project — including website design, copy, and images produced by ServiceGecko. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licensing terms.
ServiceGecko retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
Google Ads accounts managed by ServiceGecko remain the property of the client at all times. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to Google — ServiceGecko does not hold or control client ad budgets. Management fees cover strategy, setup, and optimisation only.
Ongoing services (Google Ads, SEO, AI, hosting) are month-to-month with 30 days written notice required to cancel. Website projects cancelled after design approval but before launch are subject to a fee commensurate with work completed to that point.
ServiceGecko will always act in good faith and apply professional skill and care to all work. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from SEO, Google Ads, or other marketing activities, as results depend on many factors outside our control including competition, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes.
To the extent permitted by NZ law, ServiceGecko’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to improve our website experience and deliver relevant advertising. By using this site, you acknowledge our use of these tools for performance and advertising purposes.
Google Analytics collects anonymised data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, traffic source). Google Ads may use cookies to show relevant ads to people who have previously visited our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Personal information collected through this website (name, email, phone number) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide requested services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our services (e.g. sharing access with platform providers).
ServiceGecko complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
