Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing & Rates

  • Standard Rate: $175 + GST per hour for consulting, audits, and custom work. Minimum billing increment: 30 minutes.
  • Quick Jobs: Small tasks (under 15 minutes) charged at a flat fee of $43 + GST (paid upfront via Stripe).
  • Ongoing Monthly Contracts: Custom pricing for retainers (e.g., SEO, ads, content). Quoted based on scope—contact us for a tailored plan.

2. Website Hosting & Maintenance:

  • Multipage WordPress Website: From $54 + GST/month (includes hosting, security updates, and basic support).
  • Small Single-Page Site or Non-Profit: From $30 + GST/month (includes hosting and essential maintenance).

2. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: Required for quick jobs, one-off tasks, and new hosting setups (via Stripe).
  • Monthly Hosting/Retainers: Invoiced in advance, due by the 20th of each month.
  • GST: All prices exclude GST (NZ clients only).

3. Hosting Details

  • Includes SSL, backups, and core updates.
  • Excludes content changes or redesigns (charged hourly).
  • Non-profits must provide proof of registered charity status for discounted rates.

4. Ongoing Contracts & Retainers

  • Flexible Plans: Tailored to client needs (e.g., 5–20 hours/month).
  • Termination: 30 days’ notice required to cancel. Final month must be paid in full.

5. Quick Jobs Policy & Scope of Work

  • Process: Submit via email. Payment link sent for approval before work starts.
  • Turnaround: 24–48 hours (unless urgent fees apply).
  • Revisions: Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope. Major changes (e.g., redesigns, strategy pivots) may incur additional fees
  • Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback and access to required accounts/materials (delays caused by the client may impact deadlines).

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Hosting: No refunds for partial months. Sites are archived if unpaid for 14+ days.
  • Retainers: No refunds for unused hours.
  • Custom Quotes: Larger projects (e.g., campaigns, website overhauls) receive a tailored proposal with fixed pricing or estimated hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google/Facebook algorithm updates) affecting results.
